We believed that quality is controlled by system not only several QC, so we encourage 100% worker to joining the QC team. Our products had pass the NSCC certificate, export goods with GS/CE certificate some items.
No1：Start from 30pcs different items, each item 20pcs to over 100 items and over 2000pcs for each item.
In 2009 Taispo show, we met a customer from South America. At that time, they were just joining the sports area, so they didn’t know the market very well. Therefore, we recommended some bestselling items in that area based on our experience. They followed our suggestion and tried some items mixed as 20-feet container, each item around 20pcs for test and over 30pcs for different items.
After I got the order, I tried to learn more about the items and update the goods to suit for the market. I kept update items for the South America market and made sure that function instructions were clear and suited the consumers from South America. After several testing orders, our customers become more and more professional for the sport lines. We kept recommending them more new items and enlarging their categories.
Until now, after 9 years’ cooperation, they order over 100 different items and over 2000 sets for each item. The shipment account increases from USD20,000 to USD1,200,000.
No2：How to solve the problems and win the trust.
In 2007, our team took over a customer from Netherland from one of my former colleague’s team. The customer placed a small order with lots of requirements which needed assistence from our sales. It was very hard for us to arrange very small quantity as OEM items and control the quality. But we still took the order seriously and patiently. We replied their mails on time and scheduled their order as soon as possible and gave them feedbacks timely. We wanted to let them know that we always take business serious and work hard to achieve the great outcome. Even some time we couldn’t 100% meet their requirement but we would find alternatives to solve the problems.
When we encountered quality problems, we solved the problems by improving and updating items efficiently during the cooperation. Our customer began to place more trust on us. After 2 or 3 years, they joined in a famous brand in European with more than 100 years of history. Since then, the order quantity has increased. Even if they joined the big company, they continued to ask our team to handle their orders.
After we left the former company last year, they were still trying to find us as friends and also partners. We win the trust through each e-mail we sent and each visit we warmly welcomed.
